Comcof Group is a coffee sourcing and trading company based in Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit comcofgroup.com or correspond with us, and how we treat it. We have written it in plain language because we would rather be understood than covered.

What we collect

This website does not require accounts, does not show advertising, and does not set tracking cookies of its own. The information we handle is limited to:

• What you send us. If you email us or use a form on this site (which opens your own email application), we receive whatever you choose to share: typically your name, company, email address, and the content of your message.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps routine technical logs (such as IP address, pages requested, browser type) to run and secure the service.
• Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives a standard web request. We do not receive any of that data.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, conduct business you have asked us to conduct, and keep normal commercial records. Nothing else.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not run analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this site.
• We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and you can opt out at any time by replying.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate (such as our hosting and email providers), or where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the business relationship or required for legal and accounting records, then delete it.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@comcofgroup.com and we will respond.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted plainly.
