The Architecture of a
Coffee Multinational

Comcof Group is designed as a portfolio of interconnected divisions, each covering a specific segment of the coffee value chain. Some are operating today; others are planned for later phases. Together, they form the blueprint of an integrated enterprise.

01
Comcof Origins

Direct sourcing in Uganda, where we are building relationships at farm level with growers and cooperatives, with expansion across the East African belt planned. Quality and accountability from the first point of harvest.

02
Comcof Processing

Origin-based hulling, sorting, and grading is central to our model, capturing value before the coffee leaves the origin country. Today we work through established partner facilities. Our own processing capacity is planned as volumes grow, built to international export standards.

Comcof Trade

International green coffee trading is where Comcof is most active today. We supply traceable Ugandan green coffee, spot and forward, and are building relationships with roasters, importers, and institutional buyers in Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

Comcof Roasters

A planned roasting arm for institutional supply, private-label production, and in time our own branded portfolio. Origin-roasted coffee is a core part of our long-term model. In development, not yet in operation.
